My experience at Steps-Hotel was quite disappointing. The bathroom had a lingering bad smell that was hard to ignore, which made it uncomfortable. The lack of air conditioning or even a fan was another letdown, especially since the room became quite stuffy. Furthermore, I had issues with the pillows, which were of very low quality and provided little support, ruining my sleep.

Just a reliable pick for getting around area in Berlin with definitely value for money. The staff were helpful when I needed directions to the nearest public transport. Make sure to request a room away from the street to avoid noise.

The studio offers plenty of space and comes equipped with a kitchen, which made it very convenient for preparing meals.

The lack of an elevator is an inconvenience, especially on the fifth floor, making it quite a workout to carry luggage up the stairs.

I tell ya what, I was real pleased with this place. Had a clean room and the staff were as friendly as could be. The breakfast was good, and I loved the vibe of the lobby area, like I could sit a spell. Just wish they had a bigger bar. Overall, felt right at home here.

The Twin Room with Shared Bathroom was decent. Clean and comfortable with basic furnishings, but the noise from the courtyard was a bit much at times. No elevator, so be ready for stairs. Breakfast was just alright, nothing special but enough variety to find something to munch on. The staff were nice and helpful, which made a difference.
